What is the time require for HDB to approve the permit?

What is the average cost of a renovation?
Costs vary widely depending on the type and size of the project. For our basic BTO renovation, it starts from $8888 for a 2 room and $15888 for a 5 room.
How long will my renovation project take?

Can I pay by instalments for the renovation work?
How much renovation loan can I get?
The maximum amount you can borrow for a renovation loan is 6 times your monthly salary, or S$30,000, whichever is lower.
